locations in the heart of the city, a diverse and passionate team of more than 40

colleagues.

In 2021, Sichuan Amsterdam started a new chapter of its business operation and

expanded into the food production and distribution business. Sichuan Taste, the newly

founded entity of Sichuan Amsterdam aims to carry on the mission of Sichuan.

Restaurants produce authentic Chinese food that is easily accessible from home.

Responsibilities :

• Assist customers in placing orders online through our website or mobile app.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Promote our menu offerings and special promotions to drive sales.

• Maintain accurate product knowledge to answer customer questions and make recommendations.

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

• Keep track of sales and inventory, ensuring stock availability for online orders.

Who are you :

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in at least two of the following languages: Dutch, English, Chinese
• Previous relevant experiences in sales or hospitality are preferred.
• Currently enrolled in a business, communication, or relevant studies at a recognized educational institution.
